Medical Matters

 

We ask that parents inform us if their child has a medical condition which the school needs to be aware of. The school will then determine whether an Individual Healthcare Plan needs to be completed for the child. Where a child has an Individual Healthcare Plan, parents are asked to ensure that they provide the school with sufficient and up-to-date information about their child’s medical needs.
